2 weeks after you’ve purchased BiE’s clean skincare, you will receive an automated email asking to leave a product review. Click on the button, sign in, and leave the review! You will earn points according to the type of review - find these details in the ‘Ways to earn points’ section on this page.

The BiE Loyalty Program has 5 tiers in total. Upon creating your account, you automatically receive 250 points. Every rupee is equal to 1 point till you spend worth Rs. 10,000. Once you cross Rs. 10,000, you unlock the 2nd tier in which every rupee is equal to 1.25 points till you spend worth Rs. 20,000. Once you cross Rs. 20,000, you unlock the 3rd tier in which every rupee is equal to 1.3 points till you spend worth Rs. 40,000. Once you cross Rs. 40,000, you unlock the 4th tier in which every rupee is equal to 1.35 points till you spend worth Rs. 60,000. Once you cross Rs. 60,000, you unlock the 5th and last tier in which every rupee is equal to 1.5 points. You get the drift.

No, unfortunately not. However, you can always earn points by interacting with BiE on social media, and purchasing clean skincare made from efficacious ingredients!

Just make sure you’re logged into your account and the loyalty points will always be displayed on the main page. Simple!

As soon as you complete an action eligible for points or make a clean skincare purchase, the loyalty points will magically appear in your account!
